Our approach is based on seeking for problems. That doesn’t mean sitting behind your laptop all day, but instead getting out of building and looking for problems people face. The best business idea is the one that solves real problem(s), not the one that is “nice to have”.
After you find the key problem and the right solution, it’s time to build the first version of your product. You’ll test and improve it with the help of your test users until it’s ready for launch.
